Futures prices drift heavily on injuries, roster news and early-season form, so a number that looks generous in September can shorten fast. Which sportsbook posts the sharpest NFL prices?

Our odds ratings and sampled price data give two ways to judge NFL betting value.

On overall odds rating, bet365 leads the group at 8.8, followed by DraftKings (7.9), FanDuel (7.8), BetMGM (7.6), Caesars Sportsbook (7.5), and BetRivers, ESPN BET, Fanatics and Hard Rock Bet clustered at 7.3–7.4.

The sampled price data tells you how often each book actually posted the best available number and how tight its pricing margin was:

• DraftKings — top price on 54.0% of sampled markets, average margin 4.25% (1,068 markets)
• Fanatics Sportsbook — 41.8% best-price share, 4.25% margin (466 markets)
• FanDuel — 36.1% best-price share, 4.46% margin (596 markets)
• Caesars Sportsbook — 36.2% best-price share, 5.27% margin (906 markets)
• BetRivers — 28.3% best-price share, 6.35% margin (480 markets)
• BetMGM — 19.9% best-price share, 5.21% margin (438 markets)

DraftKings tops best-price share by a wide margin and runs one of the tightest margins in the sample, which matches its position as the highest-rated odds book behind bet365. Fanatics punches above its overall rating on price. BetMGM and BetRivers carried the widest margins in this data, so they were less often the value pick on NFL lines even though both are fully licensed. (No sampled price metrics were available for bet365, ESPN BET or Hard Rock Bet.)

Choose the right book for your NFL betting

• Choose DraftKings if best price matters most. It topped the most sampled NFL markets and pairs that with a strong app (9.2) and Same Game Parlay support.

How NFL odds and margins work

Decimal odds show your total return per unit staked, including the stake — so 2.00 returns double and 1.54 returns $1.54 on a $1 bet. The 'margin' figures above measure how much a book builds into its two-way markets: a 4.25% margin (DraftKings, Fanatics) leaves more value for you than a 6.35% margin (BetRivers) on the same game.

Because US sportsbooks price independently, the Colts vs Ravens line ranged with the Ravens best at 1.57 (DraftKings), while the underdog Colts topped at 2.65 (BetRivers). Holding accounts at two or three books lets you take whichever posts the better number on each side.
