MLB Predictions and Odds Comparison

Below you'll find MLB predictions built from the moneyline odds we're currently tracking across licensed US sportsbooks, plus World Series futures. Prices vary book to book, so the "prediction" here is simply which side the market favors and where that side is priced best right now. Odds move constantly — always confirm the number before you place a bet, and check that the operator is licensed in your state.

Upcoming MLB matchups and best-priced sides

These are the games we're tracking with the top available price per side. Odds are decimal; the market favorite is the shorter number.

The pattern here is clear: for these specific games, Caesars is posting the top price on most sides, with FanDuel and BetMGM leading on a handful. That doesn't mean Caesars is the best book overall — it means for this slate, its numbers happened to come in high. Line shopping matters most on close matchups like Pirates–Tigers, where a few cents of price is the difference between value and no value.

World Series futures: current title prices

Futures reward you for committing early, but the trade-off is your stake is tied up for months. Best available prices across four books we track:

The Dodgers price implies the market gives them the strongest shot by a wide margin. Because only four books are quoted per team, the gap between the top price and the next one can be meaningful — a longshot like the White Sox at 31 versus a shorter quote elsewhere is exactly where shopping pays off. See fuller lists on our futures odds page.

How we read these predictions

Our editorial judgment, not a guaranteed outcome: the shorter moneyline is the side the combined market rates more likely, and the wider the gap (Phillies 1.43, Dodgers 1.42) the more lopsided that view. Games priced near even — Pirates–Tigers, Mets–Padres — are genuine toss-ups where the sportsbook margin eats a big share of the edge.

We don't publish tracked win-rate claims here, and we don't tell you a bet is "locked." What we can show is which book prices each side best and how confident the market is. That's the useful part: if you already like a side, take it at the top number, not the first one you see.

Which sportsbook fits MLB bettors

For odds value on MLB specifically, our sampled pricing data is a better guide than headline ratings. Across markets sampled, DraftKings posted the best price most often (best-price share ~54% on 1,066 samples) with a low average margin near 4.3%. FanDuel and Fanatics also carried tighter margins (~4.2–4.5%). BetMGM (5.2%) and BetRivers (6.4%) ran wider margins in our sample, which matters more the more you bet.

Legal and state availability

US sports betting is regulated state by state. An operator licensed in New Jersey (bet365, for example, holds an NJ DGE licence among others) is not automatically legal in another state. Availability, the 21+ minimum age and specific rules depend on your state regulator — NYSGC in New York, PGCB in Pennsylvania, MGCB in Michigan, and so on. Before betting any MLB game, confirm the book is live in your state and that you meet the age requirement. Our legal betting sites page tracks where each operator is available.
